How to book musicians for my event?

1) Choose your musicians – GH MUSICIANS
2) CONTACT FORM – provide your event details, musicians needed etc.
3) BOOK EVENT – an initial deposit of $250 to reserve the date and receive confirmation that the musicians are scheduled.
4) PAY FOR EVENT. Pay the remaining total fee due two or more weeks before the event date.
5) Enjoy the event!

Pricing*?

  • Solo –  first hr $400, extra hrs $275
  • Duo – first hr $750, extra hrs $550
  • Trio – first hr $1100, extra hrs $825
  • Quartet – first hr $1400, extra hrs – $1100
  • DJ – $500 per hr

What types of payments do you accept?

GH accepts payments made via credit card and Zelle.

How far in advance should I book musicians?

Based on availability, but 2 weeks or more is preferred. We recommend booking your event as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates and times. You can book your event with GigHubb up to 2yrs in advance.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes, but it is all based on availability and location 

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, modifications to your booking, such as changing the time or location, can be made with ample notice. However, as these changes are coordinated with the musician, it may be subject to availability and additional fees based on distance.

Can I cancel my booking?

Clients can cancel their bookings up to 30 days before the event for a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event, the deposit of $250 is non-refundable.

Can I choose my own songs / music playlist? 

Absolutely! We’ll work with you to tailor the music genre to your preferences.
For wedding ceremonies, we coordinate precisely on the songs based on your ceremony program. For specific song requests not included in GigHubb – Wedding Song List, there is an additional fee of $50 per song to purchase the song, arrange song for specific instrumentation, and an additional fee of 15 min per musician to rehearse new song to ensure that the added song is performed at the highest standard possible.

Can I hire the DJ + certain instrumentation?

Yes!* We do have availability for DJ + additional instrument bookings.

Is DJ or Band better for my event?

How do I set up an ongoing event?

The same booking process applies to ongoing events like Hotels & Restaurants, Bar & Club or Corporate Events (i.e. multiple day trade shows), however, is subject to availability of musicians.

Will there be a contract provided?

Yes, once a booking is confirmed, a contract between the client and GigHubb is generated. This contract outlines the details of the event and the services to be provided.

Can I make videos or pictures of  musicians performing at my event?

By our current policies we are trying to protect musicians’ rights while allowing clients to create content for their personal use. This means that it is allowed to make pictures / recordings of performances for personal use (including sharing it to social media, and more than welcome tagging GigHubb / sharing content with us).
However, any pictures or recordings shouldn’t be used for commercial purposes without our knowledge, meaning that clients’ photographers/videographers must contact GigHubb before using photo or video materials of GigHubb musicians for their own commercial purposes or any advertisement.
